Founding owners John Erlendson and Janice Erlendson
both began their careers as theater actors at San Francisco’s American Conservatory Theater.
As members of the performing unions of AEA, SAG and AFTRA,
they worked their craft over the years as actors and stage directors,
as casting agents, acting coaches, and theater educators.  

In 2001 they founded JE Talent,
knowing well that the heart of the agency is built around the actor.

 Our full service agency is in the business of creating revenue streams
for both our represented acting clients and our production partners.
